Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and with tags
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@izayajewels.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to initiate a return and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at hello@izayajewels.com.
