All Izaya Jewls pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as:

Breakage due to faulty craftsmanship

Tarnishing of gold-filled components under normal wear

Loose or detached gemstones caused by assembly issues
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or general wear and tear (e.g. scratches, bent components, broken chains due to pulling or snagging).
If you believe your item is eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty, please contact us at info@izayajewels.com before sending anything back. We will guide you through the return or repair process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
